INFORMATION FOR DATA COLLECTION PURPOSES
INFORMATION FOR DATA COLLECTION PURPOSES All information users provide will be saved in electronic databases owned by Ogenet, whose main premises are located in Viale G. da Verrazzano, 11 in Carrara. The latter is responsible for how this information is processed. The term information provided refers to the details users submit when registering to the service and later amendments and/or additional information they may provide. The information concerned may be used for the following purposes: to deliver the specified services; - to deliver services that Ogenet deems useful to users; - to check the quality of the services offered. The information requested is divided into two categories: mandatory and optional, as indicated on the forms. Mandatory details are those which are essential for service provision purposes and security. Optional details refer to those which may be useful to improving both the services and communication in general. In accordance with the provisions of art.13 of Law 675 of December 31, 1996, by way of an entry code users have constant and direct web-based access to the same personal details as those held by Ogenet (username and password); users accept that the addition, modification or deletion of this information are their own direct responsibility at all times. In registering to the service, users authorise Ogenet Transport SolutionS to use their personal information as submitted (during the registration process) for advertising purposes and to send system-related messages to the email address provided, up to a maximum of 10 messages per month. By registering, users give their consent to use of their personal details, otherwise subscription to the service is not possible although users can decide at any time which information to release to Ogenet and what messages he would like to receive. Users are aware that by not releasing their personal details, they will be excluded from the Ogenet service. Users are aware that the Ogenet TransporT SolutionS service links up two parties by making their relative details available (as submitted by both parties during registration) allowing them to arrange to get into direct contact. Hence, users exempt Ogenet from all liability. Ogenet offers no guarantee for the successful outcome of the contact, the negotiations nor for any transport which may transpire. Fully aware of the provisions of art.13 (the rights of data subjects) Law 675 of December 31, 1996, I hereby consent to my personal data being used, as specified above.
